I should also point you to PSP Audioware NobleQ. These are really high-quality plugins. The GUIs aren't as exciting as many others, but they work extremely well. I'm super impressed. I haven't tried this particular EQ, since I have the Puigtecs, but I expect it's great.
I use the Nomand pultec and this one Both sound different and the Noiseash is the superior one to my ears but the Nomad has its uses still.

Regarding the Noiseash the demo video is a bit daft. What's the point if the levels aren't matched? However it is nice to see Reaper as the DAW of choice. I wonder how much that highly realistic skeuomorphic GUI influences the customers psychoacoustically? $30 seems a reasonable price point if it is one of the best ones out there.
